Contracts offer a few diffrent benefits to our customers. We have 3 levels of contracts. Below are the advantages of contracts.

Remote contract advantages(Level 1):

• flat fee over paying per hour for remote support. Contract cost is based on computer and network size.
  
• Priority. All issues are address based on priority. A server being down is a higher priority than a workstation being down. But if a workstation on contract is down and a workstation on pay per hour is down the contract takes priority.
  
• Though only when someone is available outside of hours will an emergency call be able to be addressed. This is a service that is rarely available or needed though. On those rare occations contract clients have a cheaper rate.
  

• Everything under level 1.
  
• Onsite support.
  
• Drive time. Usually if possible remote support is first option. Remote support is not able to fix every issue and we have to come on site at times. When you pay per hour you also have drive time included. Say your 30 miles away from us, that would add a hour to the charge. Since you pay a certain ammount for the contract you don't have to worry about the extra cost of drive time.
  
• Priority. All issues are address based on priority. A server being down is a higher priority than a workstation being down. But if a workstation on contract is down and a workstation on pay per hour is down the contract takes priority.
  
• No installation fee charges on equipment bought through IT Services and Networking, LLC.
  
• Remote access to your computer on site.
  

• Everything under level 1 & 2.
  
• Full business Antivirus and monitoring software.
  
• Loaner equipment when needed and available.
• Equipment cleanup at least once a year.
  
• Network assessment and inventory.
